        Any guidance will be appreciated on how to restart the business after the lockdown?

          To all your customers and vendors a courtesy email and preferably a telephone call, which gives a more personal touch asking them their well being and in general how have they coped with the situation.
          This would give you a more insight of his situation and from his talks you can guage his current status and standing and than take it forward.
          To more closer and major customers and vendors you can offer various helps, services, offers, orders payments liberty (to vendors ask for it and to customers offer it, gives them much needed space and confidence in you) than ask for order status and if needed replan and reschedule the same with them.

            Reach out to your customers, try to automate this process.

            if you have a customer database setup that’s very good, else you need to start making customer database with contact details, as this helps you to communicate with your customers and get a personalized engagement channel.

            make note of who all have come up and purchased and see who has not then shoot up sms/ email/ Whatsapp message and keep them informed about your business timings, offers, promotions, and keep in touch.
